How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days, and items stocked in US warehouses often arrive sooner. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will my order arrive in more than one package?
Sometimes. We ship items from the warehouse that has them in stock, so a larger order can arrive in two or more packages, each with its own tracking.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See our full refund policy for details.
Are silicone molds safe for cold process soap?
Yes. Silicone handles the heat of saponification well and releases bars cleanly. Let cold process soap sit 24–48 hours before unmolding, and a bit longer for recipes high in soft oils.
How do I get a clean cut on my soap?
Cut cold process soap 24–48 hours after unmolding, when it's firm but not brittle. A wire cutter gives the straightest cut, and a crinkle cutter adds a decorative edge.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we focus on the United States. If you're elsewhere, email us and we'll tell you whether we can ship to you.
