Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time. Many items ship from US warehouses and usually arrive in 2 to 7 business days. Other items ship from our international fulfillment partners and usually arrive in 5 to 12 business days. The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Multiple packages. If your order includes items from different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one package. You'll receive tracking for each one.

Shipping rates. Economy shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email sales@soap.supply with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
